2023电力系统技术国际会议(2023international conference on power system technology,powercon2023)于2023年9月21日-22日在济南举办。会议由中国电机工程学会(csee)、电气电子工程师学会电力与能源分会(ieee pes)、国家电网有限公司共同主办,山东大学、国网山东省电力公司承办,国网信息通信产业集团有限公司协办,会议主题为“技术进步助力新型电力系统构建”。
会上,四川大学教授徐方维作了题为“新型电力系统谐波溯源问题及方法研究”的专题报告,经本人授权,与大家分享。

徐方维,四川大学电气工程学院教授,博士生导师。ieee高级会员,中国电源学会电能质量分会委员,ieee pes储能技术委员会常务理事,ieee pes低压直流技术分委会常务理事,四川省电机工程学会学术工作委员会副秘书长。长期从事电能质量及谐波等领域研究工作,作为负责人主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、四川省科技厅国际合作项目、四川省自然科学基金项目、国家电网、南方电网、国电集团、中石油等项目30余项,作为项目负责人的在研经费超过1000万;在ieee transactions on power delivery、ieee transactions on instrumentaion and measurement、中国电机工程学报等国内外权威学术期刊、重要国际会议上发表学术论文近50篇;获得省部级奖励3项;参与标准起草2项;是国家级一流本科课程及全国首批“示范性工程专业学位研究生联合培养基地”核心建设成员,参加编写教材、译著2部,授权国家发明专利20余项,主持和参加教育部等教育教学改革项目多项。
